Your Practice Launch Package
A complete, fully outfitted practice — all clinical equipment including chiropractic tables, thermography system, and everything else you need to open your doors and see patients from day one.

You choose your market. Dr. Piana helps you evaluate it. Open in your hometown, your dream city, or wherever the opportunity is greatest.
Your relationship with Dr. Piana doesn't end at graduation. You'll have ongoing support as you build your patient base, your team, and your reputation.
Open as a ChiroTherm Practice
Graduates may choose to open their practice under the ChiroTherm name, brand, and proven system. If you choose this path, a monthly licensing fee applies — and with it comes the full support, credibility, and infrastructure of the ChiroTherm network behind you.
Prefer to open independently? That's completely fine. You keep every skill, certification, and relationship you built — just without the ChiroTherm name.
