Sports chiropractic in Homer, Alaska
Recover stronger. Move with confidence.
Whether the pain started on the field, in the gym, at work, or on an Alaska trail, ChiroTherm helps active people restore motion, reduce discomfort, and return to the activities that matter.
Sports injury care built around how you move
Sports injuries are rarely just about one sore spot. We evaluate joint motion, muscle function, movement patterns, and the demands of your sport or activity to build a practical recovery plan.
Restore mobility
Improve restricted joint motion and address movement patterns that may be slowing recovery.
Reduce irritation
Care is directed toward the joints and soft tissues involved in pain, stiffness, or limited performance.
Return with confidence
Progressive care helps you rebuild comfortable movement and lower the risk of repeating the same problem.

- Back and neck pain
- Shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand problems
- Hip, knee, ankle, and foot pain

- Post-training soreness that is not resolving
More than an adjustment
We choose care based on your examination, goals, and stage of recovery. Your plan may include:

Build and progress the plan
Care is adjusted as function improves, with the goal of a safe and confident return to activity.
Sports chiropractic FAQs
Do I need to be a competitive athlete?
No. We treat active adults, student athletes, weekend warriors, outdoor enthusiasts, and anyone whose work or recreation places demands on the body.
Can you help with a new injury?
Yes, after an appropriate evaluation. If your history or examination suggests a fracture, serious tissue injury, concussion, or another condition needing medical imaging or specialty care, we will recommend the appropriate next step.
Will I have to stop my sport completely?
Not always. Activity recommendations depend on the injury and your examination. Sometimes modified training is reasonable; other injuries require rest or further evaluation.
What should I bring?
Wear clothing that allows comfortable movement. Bring relevant imaging or medical reports and be ready to describe the activity, mechanism of injury, and your goals.
How quickly can I return to activity?
Recovery time varies with the injury, its severity, your health, and the physical demands of your activity. We will give you practical milestones rather than promise a fixed timetable.
Do not let an injury keep deciding what you can do.

Sports chiropractic is not a substitute for emergency care. Seek urgent evaluation for severe trauma, suspected fracture, significant weakness or numbness, loss of consciousness, or rapidly worsening symptoms.
